Have had a fantastic week at the cottage, lots of walks in walking distance or a short drive. Perfect for self catering, very comfortable especially with the log fire going after a long walk! Highly recommend this as a great place to stay with dogs!

Julie & Paul the cottage lived up to all expectations plus more., very quaint and comfy. Penmaenpool was absolutely breathtaking. Lily my dog and I went for a long weekend to walk and relax and managed it. The Mawddach trail was a good as it allowed you to stop of at places along the way. Trekked up to Coed Garth Gell. So much to see and do. The George 111 pub was very welcoming dogs and all, the food and ales outstanding. The aim was to rest, relax and reflect. Achieved all plus more. We will defo be back. Thankyou 😁🐢😌xxx

Great 4 night stay at Pen Glan cottage, very well equipped and comfy beds. Do book if you want to eat at George III pub. Plenty of walks from the door and lots of places to visit further afield.
Would definitely recommend for a holiday. Although we do not have a dog, they are well catered for at Pen Glan, and in local pubs and restaurants.
Thanks to Julie and Steve - they even ordered the good weather for us!!

Weather was against us but we still got out and about, Barmouth beach lovely for dogs πŸ•
Recommend the George 111 pub within walking distance, lovely food and staff.

An absolutely fantastic cottage. What a find! We stayed here with our two dogs for a week in February and had the most wonderful break away. The cottage had absolutely everything we needed and is perfectly located to enjoy the area. We will definitely be recommending Pen Glan to our friends and family as a perfect holiday spot. Thank you!

Fantastic cottage in wonderful location. Very dog friendly. This was our second visit and we cannot wait to come back again. So many things to do in the area and the dogs loved Fairbourne beach.

We stayed at this charming and cosy cottage for a week in February. It was spacious, well equipped and the owners were very friendly and helpful.
The surrounding area is beautiful and the cottage is 2 minutes walk to an excellent pub. It is also only 5 minutes drive to the town centre of Dolgellau.
